When we are feeling overwhelmed with what’s going on in life we seem to go into a spiral that we are alone in this boat.
This is why the Youth Mentor Hub has been created, to connect teens, young adults, schools, parents, universities and workplaces to show the world that whatever you are going through in life, another person is definitely going through that exact same thing, and there is always a solution.
How many times have you wanted to talk about something, whether personal or not, but felt that the people around you wouldn’t understand? Or maybe you didn’t want their input because they’re too emotionally attached to the topic, or perhaps you feared being judged or misunderstood?
This is your chance to ask freely in an anonymous Q&A space—no judgment, just open and honest answers.
All answers are anonymous and nobody, not even me, can see your answer either.
Thoughts, behaviours and experiences can physically change the structure of our brain. Now, let’s re-wire it!
These workshops are designed to enhance performance by addressing essential soft skills and emotional intelligence which are increasingly recognised by WHO as crucial for academic, professional and personal environments.
According to research, 93% of employers say soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are just as important as technical skills.
The structure and delivery are tailored to fit different demographics, allowing for either single or multi-topic workshops that directly align with the goals of the group.
They can be delivered in a group setting or 1:1.

Stress and anxiety are part of everyday life and can affect us at many different stages. They often show up in ways we don’t expect and can feel overwhelming. Here are just a few examples of what we focus on, with many more experiences that shape how we cope and grow.
Exam pressure & academic expectations
Uncertainty about the future
Social media & self-comparison
Financial stress & cost of living
Mental health struggles & burnout
Youth coaching helps individuals manage stress and anxiety by helping you understand what is going on in your brain at that moment, how your body is reacting.
Neuroplasticity works wonders with these aspects, forming new habits and elevating resilience so when that 1 % of life does hit you, that 99% reaction time becomes a autonomous.
