Your Youth Resilience Coach & Neuroplasticity Coach
When I was younger, people used to tease me for always studying something different or trying out different jobs, as if it was a bad thing to curious—I wanted to try different things. How is one supposed to know what you want to do for the rest of your life at 18?
After studying fashion, education was always one of my core drives and at the center of everything I did. I earned an IPGCE and spent over a decade working in schools, mentoring and tutoring kids. But even then, something felt like it was missing. I wanted to do more—especially for youth culture.
That’s when I got certified in Youth Resilience Coaching.
I wanted to give young people real tools—to help them take control of their lives and figure out their own paths. After some time coaching, I started noticing a pattern. Clients would open up about how they were feeling and the struggles they were having with relationships, confidence, stress, decision making, everything that happens in your brain. The question was, how can I help them reverse these effects or improve them if I didn’t understand the how and the why of the brain.
A Diploma in Neuroplasticity was the answer
I use cognitive neuroscience and neuroplasticity in my coaching to help clients understand how their brains work and how they can rewire habits, thoughts, and behaviors for lasting change.
I supervised a group of 12 to 13-year-olds for two years, and instead of sticking to homework, we started playing a game: they could write down any question they wanted, anonymously, and I would answer it.
The range of questions went far beyond what I expected—stress, career worries, family dynamics, friendship drama, romance, life after university, the internet, cyber bullying, the list was endless.
And so, this platform was born.
A space where young people can ask, wonder, and feel seen. A space to explore the questions before the challenges arise, so when they do, they’re ready—with the tools, the understanding, and most importantly, the resilience that’s already within them.
I say I coach through experience, because I have seen alot in my 36 years, either through my life or through the people around me, I jokingly tell my friends that they owe me millions in coaching sessions I have given them throughout the years (none of them have ever paid up).
When I was growing up, life coaches didn’t exist,
but I can’t help but think how helpful they would’ve been. Speaking to somebody that isn’t family, that isn’t a friend but a trusted outsider with a different perspective.
I’ve always had a strong connection with young people. As a Millennial with a youthful spirit, I have gone through my fair share of challenges, I may not remember what I ate for lunch yesterday but I remember my younger years so clearly. I understand their struggles with self-growth, mental health, pressure to succeed and social media. That lived experience and my background in schools helps me bridge the gap and coach parents and guardians to better understand, support, and connect with their children as well.
This girl is pure gold! I really feel through her positive mindset work she actually rewired my brain and helps me navigate some of the most challenging moments of juggling work life and college, I am beyond grateful for finding her.

Ellysia has been an invaluable support throughout my youth, helping me navigate the challenges of anxiety, career uncertainties, and academic pressure. She mentored and taught me for 4 years, I met with her twice a week, where she not only taught me English but also provided essential guidance in managing my test anxiety. She became more than a mentor to me—she is a trusted person who listens without judgment, offering genuine support instead of a conventional authoritative perspective.
Parent
Ellysia has been a wonderful teacher and mentor to my kids. As a parent I greatly appreciate her remarkable ability to engage my children actively by paying attention to their distinct personalities. Her nurturing support and guidance has provided them with the essential skills and abilities to continue with their education on a solid foundation. I am grateful for her determination, commitment and creativity but mostly I am grateful for her humanity.
HR manager
She is one of those rare people who really gets you. She listens closely, picks up on things you didn’t even realize you were saying, and asks the kind of questions that make you stop and think. She has helped me rethink some big decisions in my life with way more clarity and honesty. She is bold, direct, and genuinely curious – which is exactly what makes every conversation powerful.
CEO
Ellysia was a blessing during times of challenge, times I thought I was never going to get through. Her structured thought process and rationale kept me abreast and guided me through misconceptions and misalignment of thoughts and actions, she persisted and served solutions at a supportive and healing tone. She is naturally empathetic yet the effect of her science is one of a kind.
